Our senior staff has a combined 75+ years of experience in the military and aerospace industries.

Jen A.

Jen is the President of RTS. She joined our team in 2019, but has been a trusted financial advisor since 2000. After receiving her BS from Chapman University, she began her career in public accounting, primarily focused on servicing private companies in all phases of the business lifecycle, from initial start-up through pre-IPO.
After leaving public accounting, Jen moved into private industry where she has worked extensively with businesses in merger and acquisition transactions and has been involved in numerous due diligence

engagements to support capital growth. She has also taken the role of overseeing businesses financial efforts with an emphasis on streamlining procedures and overall improvement of systems in order to enhance profitability.

John B.

After spending nearly 15 years working for large aerospace firms and being responsible for the survivability and radiation assurance of more than 100 spacecraft and instruments in a variety of orbits, John recognized the need to have a center of excellence for radiation effects that was not limited to a single company, but rather a resource for the entire community. To this end, John became RTS’s second full-time employee and now heads a team of experts that are focused on:

Kris H.

Kris Hartojo is the Director of Operations at RTS. He joined the company in 2016 and has over 10 years of experience in radiation effects.
Kris has spent his career in engineering in a variety of areas including semiconductor device manufacturing and device characterization, embedded firmware testing and component testing for radiation effects.
Kris earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical Engineering) from Arizona State University and a Master of Science in Electrical

Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He is an IEEE member.

Nabil M.

Dr. Nabil Mansour, Engineering Manager, leads a team of talented and experienced engineers at RTS. He joined the company in 2018 and has over 10 years of experience in radiation effects.
Nabil’s areas of experience and expertise include: modeling and simulation of semiconductor devices, semiconductor device manufacturing, characterization and spice modeling. For the past 10 years, Nabil has worked extensively on component testing and post-radiation data analysis.
Radiation Test Solutions Engineering Manager, Dr. Nabil Mansour
Nabil holds a PhD in Ensemble Monte Carlo Simulations of Electron Transport in Degenerate Semiconductors from Georgia Institute of Technology and over 25 patents. He has also published many journal publications and conference papers.
